Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in time is generally between 3-4pm although we can make exceptions on occasion. Please see the individual rental listing for more details.
Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out time is 11am. If you need to leave your luggage please email us in advance to arrange.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Please contact us for our pet policy. It differs according to the property and there may be flexibility.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Yes. Please see each individual property for the maximum number of people.
Q. Is there wi-fi?
A. YES! All of our vacation homes come equipped with wi-fi throughout the guest house. The wi-fi information is conveniently noted in the guestbook.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel or alter your reservation within two (2) weeks of your arrival date. Cancellations that are made after 14 days of the arrival date 100% non-refundable. Cancellations for reservations during the major holidays are non-refundable. These include Thanksgiving weekend, Winter Holiday (December 19 - Jan 4), MLK weekend, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend. Reservations cannot be rescheduled without 30 day notice prior to check-in.
Q: Do I need to bring linens and towels?
A: No! We provide all linens and towels for you during your stay.
